1. Strategy & Needs Mapping
In the first stage, we dive deep into the core of your business. We take the time to truly get to know you and to map your needs, challenges, and the problems we aim to address and solve. Based on these insights, we define the strategic direction and shape the concept for the desired product and solution.
2. Product Definition & Specification
Once the direction and requirements are clearly defined, we design the structure of the website or system in full detail. This stage includes defining functionality and system components (both user-facing and admin-side), creating a site map by pages and blocks, designing the user journey, defining unique features, and more. By the end of this phase, we deliver a comprehensive and detailed specification document, down to wireframes, providing a solid foundation for accurately designing and developing the product you envisioned.
3. Visual Language & UI/UX Design
At this stage, we create the visual concept and design language of the product from scratch, while applying UI/UX principles to ensure an optimal user experience. We don’t use templates or copy existing designs - every business receives a unique visual language tailored specifically to it. Our goal is to deliver an intuitive, distinctive design that naturally responds to user needs while offering both functional and aesthetic solutions.
4. Web Development
This is where the product comes to life. Our developers build the website or system based on the approved specification and design, using the WordPress platform and additional programming languages as needed (such as PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and more), alongside advanced AI tools to deliver the most suitable solutions. We emphasize flexible, modular development that enables maximum client autonomy in managing the system post-launch. The result is a stable, fast, high-performance product that is easy to manage and delivers a smooth, intuitive user experience.
5. QA, Training & Launch
Once development is complete and ahead of launch, we conduct thorough quality assurance and testing to ensure the website or system functions flawlessly and is free of issues. We also provide client training to ensure confident and effective system usage, followed by a structured and focused launch process designed to support immediate success in the market.
6. Ongoing Maintenance & Support
As we’ve already mentioned, we’re with you every step of the way. It’s important to understand that a website is a dynamic product, and even after it goes live, it requires ongoing maintenance over time. After the website launch and product deployment, we provide ongoing maintenance services that include system and plugin updates, content uploads and management, upgrades and feature additions, bug fixes, issue monitoring, and continuous adaptation to required technological and business changes. We offer our ongoing maintenance in two main models - a monthly retainer or an annual hour bank, depending on the client’s needs, pace of work, and the nature of how the website is used.
